I have been sewing since I was a young girl.  My grandmother, a professional seamstress who designed and sewed show gowns for famous stars during the 50s and 60s, taught me how to sew when I was just a young girl.  Since that time, I've enjoyed using my sewing skills to create clothes and purses for family and friends, decor for the home and various decorative crafts.I started quilting in 2005, which has presented me with new and exciting ways to display fabric and thread...the possibilities are endless!   I love learning and working...
