Doodling November 30, 2020|free motion quilting, quilting     Happy Monday! So one of the best ways to practice free motion quilting without feeling like you are wasting fabric or thread is to doodle on paper! Grab a pen and piece of paper and check out the video!You don't have to start out with anything fancy. Just start! You'll see in the video that one of the best tips is to keep the pen on the paper. Don't lift the pen up. This helps to simulate the fluid "drawing" of the needle and thread.  Practice daily! I have hundreds of pages...

Tip of the Week- Thread Pick November 23, 2020 edge to edge, free motion quilting, longarm quilting, quilting, sewing, sewing tips   You usually can't see those threads while you are actually quilting. They sneak in between the quilt top and the batting. They seem to ruin the quilt, but never fear, I've got you covered!
